SitterPal Description

SitterPals partner with Creative Pals Network®️, as independent contractors, to deliver all aspects of in-home childcare services and/or on-site activities at special events for children in keeping with our mission.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years of age or older. A High School Diploma or GED is preferred.

  • Have at least two (2) years of experience working with children (verifiable references required).

  • Have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto liability insurance.

  • Have Infant & Child CPR-AED certification (available through American Red Cross or another agency).

  • Complete a criminal history record check conducted through the Mississippi State Department of Health.

  • A good listener.

  • Fun and engaging personality.

  • Caring, compassionate, and patient.

  • Tutoring experience is a plus.

  • Skilled at developing and leading children in fun learning activities that encourage them to imagine, explore, and create limitless possibilities while promoting kindness.
